Because each Mystery Bead Scoop and Xtra Ball is a curated surprise, all sales are final — we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or item preference. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
